Where do we ship to?
La Marquise Interiors ships across Canada. Some exceptions apply.
Lead Times
La Marquise Interiors items are stocked in our Montreal warehouse and ship out within 4-6 business days, arrival time expected in 7-14 business days. Please expect delays during sales or holidays.
Larger items such as lighting, furniture, rugs and art ship directly from the distribution center to you. Lead times may vary. This is based on stock availability, distribution and shipping. We will do our best to keep you posted on the estimated lead time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated by total order weight. Some oversize pieces may be subject to additional shipping charges due to size and distance. If your order requires extra fees, you will be contacted within 48hrs with a quote for approval.
Standard Delivery
STANDARD DELIVERY IS DOORSTEP ONLY. The delivery person or team does not enter the home or assemble the furniture. If you live in an apartment or condo building, it would be brought into the lobby and no further. Other than beds and dining tables, most of our larger furniture pieces come fully assembled. Please ensure you are comfortable bringing it to its desired destination in your home and that you have taken all measurements prior to insure that it will fit through all doorways and stairwells.
Small and medium sized Items are shipped via Courier (Purolator, UPS, Fedex or Canada Post).
Larger and oversized items typically ship with a freight carrier and/or third party delivery company. Carrier or delivery will depend on location.
White Glove Delivery
White glove service is not available at the moment.
Order Notes
To facilitate the delivery for our team, please utilize the order note section during checkout to specify unique situations the delivery company may encounter during delivery. No elevator, second floor, etc. This will allow us to prepare accordingly.
Please ensure items being ordered fit through and into their desired destination prior to ordering. Double check doorways and stairwells.
Delays
Delays in shipment or delivery can be caused by many factors out of our control. In these cases, we ask for your patience as we do our best to ensure all items get to our customers as quickly as possible!
Stock
We do our best to feature in stock items, but at this time are unable to guarantee stock availability. If you purchase an item that we can no longer make available to you, we will contact you. If delays are occurring and the date isn't to your liking we will reimburse you and/or suggest a similar in stock item. You are welcome to reach out to our team if you have any questions or concerns.
Rural Location
Please note that certain rural locations are subjected to additional shipping fees. In this case, we will reach out to you and get your approval prior to shipping.
Sales Tax & Tariffs
La Marquise Interiors is located in Montreal, Canada and charges the sales tax applicable in Quebec. Orders shipped within Canada are charged applicable provincial sales taxes.
